First National Bank has chosen not to participate in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program.  Customers of First National Bank with noninterest bearing transaction accounts will continue to be insured through December 31, 2013 for up to $250,000 under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules. 

 

Beware - New Phishing Scam 

There is a new phishing scam going around.  Computer generated calls are being made to cell phones telling individuals that there is a possible issue with their debit card, the call asks the person to input their card number.  This is a phishing scam DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION.  First National Bank would never call customers asking for their card number.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your nearest FNB branch.
